Warranty:
Selectfans.com backs all the fans we represent with a warranty that ranges between 20 years to lifetime based the individual fan you’ve ordered for that specific models policy. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. Each fan will contain the individual warranty in your shipment.

Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return any item for any reason within 30 days without penalty. Please re-package each un-used item in the original box. Items that have been installed, and show wear and tear are not qualified for returns. When we receive the item in the original condition your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price. We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To return an item, you must call Customer Care Services at (800-425-0577) for instruction on the return.

Order Changes & Cancellation:
We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. Orders may be changed within the first 24 hours. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone. If you choose to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via phone (800-425-0577) between 8am – 5pm Mountain Time.

Phone Orders
All Phone order customers are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation that is emailed to them after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee on the website. This is a tool to ensure no mistakes are made.
